An error occurred with your upload. Please try again. (CSV)

I'm trying to upload a CSV file of my weight history into Garmin. I've done my best to format the data correctly, but I have been unable to locate any Garmin file specifications. The error, "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again," is not enough to go on.

Does anyone have a useful link or something?
