.csv file to import in Garmin Connect

I got a .csv file exported from my Withings scale.

I tried to upload the data into Garmin Connect but the process failed.

I guess that the .csv file data are not in a format that is readable by Garmin (maybe the time format is not right or wathever...).

Is there a solution to this problem ?

The CSV file must be formatted in this way:

Body
Date,Weight,BMI,Fat
01-11-2019,77.5,25.84,0
02-11-2019,77.4,25.74,0
...

Hi, I try to import by Bodyfay into garmin, but the data seems to be messup, Weight, BMI, Fat are setup on the day before the date in the csv
