FIT file repair

HI!

Would anyone be so kind to help me repair this fit file?

File size when copying it from the device is 0.7MB but when I try to fix it it turns into only 0.4?

When I try uploading the file manually to Garmin Connect, I get the error "file format not supported"

some advice

contact Garmin Support by phone and tell them about your mishap

avoid pausing during activities

clean activity folder on a regular base
