Corrupted FIT file. Kiesewetter says "The process cannot access the file"

I have a corrupted FIT file that won't upload to Connect. The Kiesewetter site give the following error...

"Upload status: The file could not be uploaded. The following error occured: The process cannot access the file 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\localuser\garmin.kiesewetter.nl\loadup\A87G5907.FIT' because it is being used by another process"

I'm on a Mac so I don't think I can use the FIT File Repair Tool option.

Any suggestions? Zipped file is attached below.

some advice

contact Garmin Support by phone and tell them about your mishap
- get a case number and report that number in the forum
- you can help others…

you can help others with building a larger case this way
mac users empty bin when device connected

avoid pausing during activities

clean activity folder on a regular base

Thought you were gone or at least on an extensive furlough. We missed you. I'm now officially going back into retirement from the fit file repair business.
