recover deleted activity

hi,

is there a way to get this back?

just maybe and with a lot of luck

stop all activity on your watch by turning it off until you start a file recovery scan

with the use of a file recovery program and some luck one could find the rest of the fit file

hi i think i have found the .fit file and saved to my desktop but wont let me export to garmin connect. any ideas?

now comes the second part  the lucky part...

99% of the recovered fit files are not complete, hence the upload does not work

run your recovered file through Fit File Tool's section remover (without any removing)

import this fit file manual from within Garmin Connect Web

when this fails

with your consent we can have a look at your file with FitFileRepairTool

zip the fit file and upload here in the forum (a simple drag & drop in your post works)

or provide a link to it on a cloud storage

or send it zipped via pm
