Challenge "Major miles" inactive

I joined the "Major miles" challenge, but it's showed like inactive (gray) in the Challenges section of Garmin Connect web page. I run yestarday 10k but they are not recorded in the challenge. Any ideas??

Thanks. I can't see any potential issues at all. Everything looks good.

Do a minor edit of your activity to see if that helps. Edit the name and save. That sometimes help with issues with the badges…

Well, I don't know the reason, maybe someone of the support team of Garmin read this post and did something, but now I can see my yestarday's kilometers recorded into the challenge.

I just noticed why some of them look gray/inactive and some of them look active. They should all look inactive before you finished them. All the non gray ones got issues. Look at the distances. They are all "0 / 0 km".

Anyway, most badges are awarded only for activities done with Garmin devices. Imported or manually created activites mostly won't apply. So that could be the reason the run from Endomondo does not count against the Major Miles Challenge either (despite trying to hack it with FitFileTools). Just do the run again with your Garmin device, and you'll be fine.

I contacted support, and they said no imported or manually created workouts will count towards the challenge, so guess I'll just have to suck it up.

Yeah, I had joined, but have also tried leaving and rejoining etc.

I googled this issue because my run didn't get included in the Major Miles challenge...changing the name fixed it! Thank you! and I'm glad I'm not the only one with issues...

Hello, I'm having the same problem. I did a 10k on Sunday and 5.5 on Tuesday but only 6.3 showing on challenge. How is this rectified?

Odd values. 6.3 is 10 km in miles.

Could you post links to your activities and make them public? Also post a screenshot of the challenge value.
