I can’t see maps in Garmin Connect

Since one month ago, I can’t see the map of my activity in Garmin Connect. My device is the Forerunnrr 235.

Can you login to Garmin Connect Web to see if maps are visible?

Since one month ago, I can’t see the map of my activity in Garmin Connect. My device is the Forerunnrr 235.

The most likely reason is that the GPS was not active because your ephemeris data file expired or is damaged. Connect the watch with USB cable to the computer, and check for updates with Garmin Express. You need doing it regularly - GPS cannot work reliably and quickly without fresh ephemeris data. The privacy setting of the activity you posted previously is still private, and hence not accessible. However, as I wrote previously, the problem is almost certainly linked to the expired ephemeris file. Update it, and try doing a new activity with it.

Ok, I will try check update files of my forerunner

I removed privacy settings to public for the activity link sent now. Just in case you can check.
I changed settings for a wrong activity before.

Yes, GPS was not activated at this activity. Almost certainly because of an expired ephemeris file
