What is the best practice to deal with GCP in case of injury and mandatory 1-2 weeks of break? The actual options are:
1. do nothing, just skip workouts and wait what happen next with plan (I think it should adopt)
2. reschedule next coming workout but then the other days workout stay in place (or I'm missing smtg)
3. other option I can not find...
What do you suggest or were practicing in that case?
