Garmin coach plan and injury scenario how to?

What is the best practice to deal with GCP in case of injury and mandatory 1-2 weeks of break? The actual options are:

1. do nothing, just skip workouts and wait what happen next with plan (I think it should adopt)

2. reschedule next coming workout but then the other days workout stay in place (or I'm missing smtg)

3. other option I can not find...

What do you suggest or were practicing in that case?

  • Use the option Pause Training Plan. I currently do not have any active plan, so cannot show you a screenshot, but it is available when you open the training plan in GC Web, and it is well visible, so I believe you will find it. Once the injury is healed, you can resume the plan.
