Bug: I can't create any segments from an activity (Page not found)

I successfully see the "Create segment"-button below each of my activities, but when I click on it, I don't get redirected to the segment editor but to an error page stating that the page was not found.

This is particularly annoying because I wasn't able to find any information about this bug (I've searched everywhere), as if it was brand new. As I am a new user (bought an Edge a few days ago) I don't know how long the bug has been around.

Can you tell me if you also get this bug? And how long it has been there?

No, this was precisely the page on which I can read "Page not found"

I've just opened the developers' tools in the browser and I see that there is a "500 Internal Server Error" on following file…

I just found the root cause of my problem, it is because I set up privacy zones around my house :) , after I remove the privacy zones I can create new segments based on my activity.

Send an email to the support

You could try exporting the activity in the TCX format, changing the date in it, importing it as…

However, activity was just imported, there was no 'course' before

same here. using FR 945 with Smart recording, all my activity has the same problem.
