Hi, i have been using my Garmin Approach S60 for a couple of years, without any problems. Usually for golf, but due to lockdown i have been running a lot.
Since a software update for Garmin Connect for Android on March 31st, my phone or the web OS, do not show my steps or Intensity minutes data. My phone will show the current number of steps for the day, but when i click into the steps page, no steps logged since March 31st. Same with intensity minutes.
This is despite me having logged and correctly synced at least 4 running activities a week for the last 2 months and a week of skiing before that, all have uploaded and logged info correctly.
I have reset my watch, disconnected it from my garmin connect, completely from my phone, deleted garmin connect, reinstalled and set up as new, still does not show the required data. Makes no sense and i cannot work out another way to get it to sync.
Anyone else experience this?
