Intensity minutes record fine for running and walk activities but not when I choose Bike as an activity from the watch.

Maybe you're not pedaling hard enough?
... or perhaps not wearing the watch on your wrist, and rather on the handlebar instead?
... also check the HR zones on the page of the concerned activity. It is the tab Time in Zones below the graphs, and there should be some time spent in the orange and/or red zone. ...edit: err, in fact the green zone (aerobic) should count too
Yes, the HR is fine. Looks weird. I'd try couple of things:
