How to sync Rouvy data to Connect?

How can i get my Rouvy training activities automatically download to Garmin Connect?

Its syncing to both Strava and TrainingPeaks

    This is how I did it. First syncronize Rouvy with TrainingPeaks, your workouts will be syncronized automatically. Second, from TP download the activity file on your computer. Third, go to Garmin Connect and import the file. It will take you less than 5 mins.

    So what I now do is this. 

    I manually start a indoor cycling free ride on my fenix 6 and start cycling in Rouvy too.

    At the end of the ride I stop my watch, that will sync to Garmin connect automatically, since all my activities are also uploaded to strava then I go to strava and delete my activity there. 

    Then in rouvy I select upload to strava. So I have all the info on strava and have also my fitness levels updated in GC and my watch (although rouvy and the watch didn't have exactly the same values, my speed is a like 1 km/h faster on the watch while cycling 30km/h, but I don't care because I mainly focus on watts/kg indoors than speed).

    I can't believe after all this time, Rouvy doesn't allow automatic syncing with Garmin Connect

    It's not this simple because of I pair the trainer to my watch then rouvy doesn't connect to the trainer.
