When I use Garmin connect to view my golf statistics (Drive,Approach,Chip,Putt) I am seeing an error code on screen "Error occurred running unity content, see your browser java script console for more info. The error was security error". I am running windows 10 and it seems my Garmin connect is using Microsoft Edge as a browser. Really struggling to progress this problem. I dont know how to access or interpret my java script console. Any ideas? Everything else working great, I have an S60 with a full set of CT10 on my clubs. Grateful for any help please
Progress! If I go incognito in Chrome the statistics appear OK. However this means I can only call up the stats in this way and not via the Garmin express shortcut icon (dropped by Garmin set up I presume?) The Gexpress shortcut seems to use Edge which I cant get to work. If I could get the Garmin Express to open Chrome, maybe that would fix it. Thanks for your help so far, wondering if there is a later version of express that I need to download.
Okay, I fired up Garmin Express to check -- there is indeed a big "Garmin Connect" button in the app. And it does open Garmin Connect in my default browser (which happens to be Chrome). However, I don't know of any way to make any website open in incognito mode by default.
Anyway, IMO it's too much trouble go open Garmin Express just so you can click on a button that will open Garmin Connect. May as well open GC directly from Chrome, especially if you start using it on a regular basis, chances are it will already be open.
