Hi Former Member, I had the same question and came across your post. I think to have found in the meantime a workaround:
I missed yesterday's training and want to catch up today. I edited my training schedule…
This doesn’t work, as it only display future workouts. Not the ones in the past (I.e. yesterday).
Benchmark run is different. It’ll still be there as technically the coach training plan hasn’t started yet - once it’s started, rescheduling option for missed workouts doesn’t seem to be available.…
Yes, select an activity (corresponding to your planned activity ex run), go to the menu (on Fenix hold the Up-menu), select "Training" go to "Training calendar".
Different watch for me (FR55) but I had to skip several training workouts this past week, and the next one was Goal Pace Repeats, which I was definitely not up to doing. I discovered on my watch that if you go to Activity > Run (or whatever), Dismiss the current workout if there is one, then go into Options > Training > Training Calendar, you can select missed ones (with ! next to them) and do them. They sync just fine with Connect afterwards. It saved me having to faff about with all the in-between now and then workouts on the Calendar. I have synced since doing a missed one and the two others I missed are still there in the watch, even though the program has indeed adapted, so perhaps (for FR55) it saves a week's worth of workouts, I don't know.
What just worked for me:
1. Logging on Desktop
2. Go to the calendar
3. Drag the missed workout from yesterday to today
4. On the popup message choose to shift that workout only or the whole plan.
That's exactly what I was looking for.
I had this problem too and found it on my watch by following these instructions.
Press START (as if choosing an activity)
Choose RUN, press and hold UP button, choose TRAINING, MY WORKOUTS, then choose the workout missed.
