Hi all,
I've been using my vivoactive HR for more than a year and I;ve never experienced any problem
since a couple of days I'm having the following issue
I've steps and activities registered on my VAHR but somehow is partially not syncing correctly with my connect app on my phone
e.g. Today I've ran 10KM ( more than 15000 steps) , it's saved on my device, everything is syncing and displayng on the home of the my connect app
however, when I scroll down to see my last 7 days activities , I don;t see it and if I click specifically on Today, the summary is giving me only 0.1mt. Really weird thought
besides the above, I have the same for past Thursday and Friday where is showing " Zero" steps and activities whereas I've ran and walk on both days more than 15000 steps.
it seems to be random as Saturday was registered correctly . my averages steps in the last 7 days went suddenly from 19000 to 10000 a day
I've already tried to re-pair my device, uninstall the app, turned off my phone and my device...... nothing . it's really annoying
problem seems to be only related to steps average/counting under the steps section
Any idea?
