Not updating personal records

Hi!

I've just started to use my new Forerunner 235 few days ago and today I've uploaded all my old activities from Strava. I'm having a issue that my personal records does not update. So all my personal records are still as "--" even that I have activities on my profile. Is that bug or what? Or Connect does not recognize activities uploaded from Strava? Thanks!

    I have the same problem with segments not updating on my Edge 510. On my device I can see a new PB for a segment but once uploaded, it does not show on GC?

    This worked for me. And once I did it manually, it automatically picked up yesterday when I did 50 and popped up right on the Edge that it was a new record and recorded it properly. Thank you.

    I was having this issue with my device not updating new PR’s, even though PR was a segment of a longer run until I determined that I needed to make sure I did not edit the activity post run. I reset the activity to “original” and then went back to Personal Records and was prompted to accept the new record. I had tried to trim the activity to match the distance of the PR distance. Evidently Garmin only accepts unedited activities when qualifying a PR. I suppose this keeps people from sharing unearned PRs, should they be inclined to.
