Device not visible anymore in Connect Activities

Hi... my wife and I are using Garmin Fenix watches, a 5X for me and a 5S for her

Under my 'Connect' account, activities, I can see the device I used, with the option to switch on Elev Corrections

My wife, under her account, despite it was there before, her Fenix 5S doesn't appear anymore (the whole part in yellow in my printscreen), nor the Elev Corrections or info about the software versions

I tried to remove the device from Express and Connect, I added it again.... still no device after an activity..

Any idea why ?? What should I do to fix this problem ?
