Connect not showing data

Hi,

I have synchronised my device via my mobile phone several times today, however when I log on to Garmin Connect via the website none of todays data is showing (as if it hasn't been synchronised).

Is anyone else experiencing this?
  • Is it possible that you have 2 Garmin accounts and you're syncing or logging into the wrong account?
  • After the iOS app update just my sleep is not showing....
  • Hi, No I only have one account. Interestingly when I thought that the data was on the watch (as the My Day screen shows steps etc) when I press further there is no data underneath/behind the first screen
  • Ive just spent circa 2hrs on the phone with Garmin and I am now the proud owner of a £650 watch that cannot download data to Connect. It appears to sync but no data shows up in Connect, Garmin Helpdesk have escalated this to the software engineers and I have to wait for a response/resolution and they can give me no timescale on when that is likely to be.Sorry Garmin this is simply not good enough.
  • Apparently the issue was because the 5X wasn't set as my preferred activity tracker, except that it was. It was the only device registered to my account and when I tried to remove it from GC I received a message warning that "this device is your preferred activity tracker, do you really want to remove it?" on my mobile it is listed as my preferred activity tracker. I did remove it from Connect and then re-installed it and voila I have data again. Hopefully it's fixed now and others can learn from my experience.
