Sleep during day

Hi,
i have a fenix 3 hr.
If i sleep for 1h during the day, this session is not recording or sure, is not visible in the Garmin Connect app.
Only I have this problem?

Sleep tracking on Garmin devices is pathetic for some reason. Almost all other fitness tracker are more accurate in tracking sleep, even some real cheap one but Garmin have decided to not improve on this…

Thanks for the reply. It’s not ideal but works I suppose. Anybody here knows if you can set ‘activity’ to sleep on the Venu 2 Plus?
