Sync weight from Strava to Garmin Connect

Because Strava doesn't support syncing back to Garmin - it only imports values

So it would be better if you add weight to Garmin - although I'm not sure that that information syncs to Strava

Well, I don't manually add my weight to Strava, it's synced with Withings (now Nokia) which I believe doesn't work with Garmin Connect either?

Don't think it works, not unless you use an intermediate app such as MyFitnessPal which does apparently interact with both Withings and Garmin Connect. I only think you get the weight and not additional data if you have that, such as body fat etc. There are some threads on that topic here in the forum.

As DC Rainmaker stated - Garmin Connect has weight integration with one app - MyFitnessPal. Whereas Withings had 106 (at the time it was written)
