Garmin Connect not working.

Garmin Connect is not working on any platform even though the status site is all green. Is this a normal occurrence?

Tried originally on my Android app for my Fenix 5x. That didn't work so I checked the web app. That didn't work so I asked my SO who wears a Vivoactive 3 and it doesn't work for her on IOS either. We haven't had the trackers for long but not being able to see anything or change anything via the app is a bit annoying. I opened a support ticket in case this is just us for some reason.

    The irony is that I was attempting to login to Garmin Connect for the sole purpose of getting my data off. lol
  • I was also trying to retrieve my data. Syncing via the mobile app leaves activity files on the watch, but removes fitness tracking 'monitor' files, so I wanted to export those from Connect. I already don't like that these files have to go to and from Connect, but it is workable if they are accessible whenever I want to download them. This downtime makes me reconsider though.
  • The site now says it's up. How do I now sync the activity I got on my iPhone GC (and it was also synced to Strava) in to my Web Garmin Connect? If I try to view the activity (clicks on it) on my iPhone it says "Details for this activity could not be read". What can I do?

    It used to be common a few years ago. Not so much in the past few years.

    I can log in to Garmin Connect but all I get is a blank page for a Dashboard, so can't do anything. I've tried on 2 different devices (with different browsers) with 2 different accounts and get the same result every time, and have for a few days. Anyone else got this or know a solution? I've emailed support but it's the weekend!

    Try refreshing the page, also at the moment they are doing some maintenance

    Same here. This has been an occasional issue for months but usually refreshing the page fixes it. Not this time. I've tried two browsers (one with no add ons at all - Edge) and disabled add-ons on Firefox, but to no avail. For several days now, I get a blank page instead of the dashboard. The only thing visible is a menu bottom left and the Activity tracking accuracy button on the bottom right. Something must be working, because the uploaded activities are still syncing with the Strava site, but Garmin has a couple of features that Strave lacks and I would like to be able t see them again. Surely they're not STILL doing maintenance?

    I've got this exact problem - see [h=1]forums.garmin.com/.../h] so far, just patronising answers telling me to refresh page but no explanation or solution
  • I've got exactly the same issues with the blank dashboard screen since 11th April, but Garmin Support have this far been utterly useless

    My account works fine on another PC. I've also tried a brand new user account and that also has the issue on the problem PC. - So its not an account issue. And yes I have done all the Cookie clearing, temp file clearing stuff even before Garmin Support suggested the stock answers to any web page issue.

    Getting fed up and frustrated with the lack of decent support from Garmin, I've done my own investigations and come to the conclusion it must be something to do with the April Microsoft Cumulative Update (KB4093112) - which was installed on my PC the night before this issue first showed up. (I use Garmin Connect most days so i know it was working fine immediately before this patch installed itself overnight).
    My other PC (work laptop) is working fine and hasn't got this patch installed yet (hopefully my company wont push it out until Garmin fix the issue !!
