Garmin Connect is not working on any platform even though the status site is all green. Is this a normal occurrence?
Tried originally on my Android app for my Fenix 5x. That didn't work so I checked the web app. That didn't work so I asked my SO who wears a Vivoactive 3 and it doesn't work for her on IOS either. We haven't had the trackers for long but not being able to see anything or change anything via the app is a bit annoying. I opened a support ticket in case this is just us for some reason.
