"It sounds like this is something that is going on with your Garmin Connect account, as the way the information flows is:
- Your Garmin Edge 1000 records a ride
- You plug in your Garmin to your computer
- Your Garmin automatically syncs to Garmin Connect Servers
- Garmin connect processes your file within it's servers
- Garmin servers then send the information over to your RideWithGPS account
I would contact Garmin support directly, unfortunately we cannot fix anything on their end as we are separate companies. It might have something to do with the firmware or software version of the Garmin Express software, and they would be more practiced with what might be an error on their end."
