Garmin Connect Shows Blank Pages When Opened from Browser

Normally I do not report any errors but this time is too long. Garmin workout when opened activity through the website only shows blank pages using Mozilla Firefox 55.0.3 (32-bit) and Chrome Version 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build) (64-bit). It's been several days. Please help.

  • Same issue here. Multiple devices and different browsers. Got lucky once. Using the mobile app as a workaround for now.

    So here is what happened to me. Turns out, in the last week or so, Garmin somehow split my account into two accounts. I had originally started my profile a couple years ago under 1 email address. I changed the email address a couple months after opening my connect account, but it still made me log in under the old email address. This week it made my old email address a different account, with the same password, but with no devices, activities, or data synced to that account.

    I finally figured it out by going into my mobile app and looking at my profile username and password that was being used for the mobile app and showing all of my data. When I logged in under that username(for the first time ever) it finally took me to the connect homepage that I have been going to for years.

    So, for everyone having trouble, make sure you are logged into the correct account as TMK2 suggested. I got irritated when he suggested it, but it turns out he was right on the money. Still no idea why Garmin just randomly created a new account for me.
  • i'm having this problem with the "white screen" too.

    have had a Garmin account for 4+ years....

    have tried safari, chrome, firefox etc.....clearing all cache data etc...nothing works.....have even tried logging on to GC via a laptop I have never used before on a different ISP....still the white screen

    tried to use my garmin mobile username to log in to GC website.....doesn't work.

    am becoming rapidly disengaged with Garmin on this issue......was just about to pull the trigger on 3 Vivosmarts for family run/step challenges....if this doesn't get fixed soon then time to bin Garmin
  • Can't stress enough. Call Garmin product support. This is not a universal problem so they need to troubleshoot the issue with your PC and your account. That can't be done via this thread.
  • Same issue here. Account details all correct, but just blank screen after login (different PCs, different browsers, cleared cache etc). Mobile app working fine.
    This needs a response.

    Is there a phone number for Garmin Product support UK?
    (I cant find it anywhere on the site)

    i've tried for the last 3 weeks to get this resolved by email but I get the same answer of "clear the cache"

  • When I open my screen I see only the topics but not the menu-bar on the left and on top right.... Clearing cache etc won't work....

    A friend asked me to post a course to a group as he seemed to be getting a blank page when logging into Connect, "sure, no problem". Guess what? Yes, I have the white screen only too.

    3 different browsers, 2 devices, Nothing. I've been running and cycling with Garmin products for almost 15 years. I've dealt with support on a few occasions, I don't hold much hope for this being fixed soon/ever.
