Hi,
First problem:
When I try to sync calender with device, I get the two first windows, the third says "sync not possible now, try again later", connect is in Dutch, so I give a possible translation. Connect doesn't ask me to open express.
I had a chat with the support crew almost three weeks ago. Agent contacted software team. I could be glich with the server, if it was only since a couple of days. But in the meanwhile it's two months!
Didn't heard anything back from the support or the software crew.
Second problem:
When I want to open a note, I only get the head of the window, nothing underneath.
Both problems are a real hassle with my A-race coming up in three weeks!
In training period, I already had to replace two forerunners because they quit working after exactly 25 days, a leaking battery pack for GPS and now problems with calender. Every time with not a lot of help from the support crew. I'm telling this, because I'm losing my faith in the brand and it makes me nerveouse for race day.
