Different problems with calendar

Hi,

First problem:
When I try to sync calender with device, I get the two first windows, the third says "sync not possible now, try again later", connect is in Dutch, so I give a possible translation. Connect doesn't ask me to open express.
I had a chat with the support crew almost three weeks ago. Agent contacted software team. I could be glich with the server, if it was only since a couple of days. But in the meanwhile it's two months!
Didn't heard anything back from the support or the software crew.

Second problem:
When I want to open a note, I only get the head of the window, nothing underneath.

Both problems are a real hassle with my A-race coming up in three weeks!
In training period, I already had to replace two forerunners because they quit working after exactly 25 days, a leaking battery pack for GPS and now problems with calender. Every time with not a lot of help from the support crew. I'm telling this, because I'm losing my faith in the brand and it makes me nerveouse for race day.

  • FWIW, I have the same 2nd problem starting today Sept 1st, 2017. Same in Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browsers, all under Linux.
    I click on an activity in the calendar and I get the pop-up header, not the summary with the link to the details.

    Generally speaking, the calendar very often does not display at all and forces me to log out and in again. Does not solve above problem though
  • I responded to a similar thread with regard to this issues as well. In my case, if you click on the calendar to review a specific activity, all I get is a pop up header. No other data. Logging in and out does not resolve the issue. This issue appears to be happening to several on these boards.
  • i have the same issue. Very annoying that icannot acces the activity via the calender. Have to go to activties or dashboard to enter an activity

    Update: another session with tec support. Still no solution.
