Thanks for posting/discussing this topic. This is an issue that we are aware of and working to correct.
It's pretty clear customers/users are not happy with a whole lot of things about it.
Well it's pretty clear a few customers/users are not happy ... but as they say 'you can't please all of the people all of the time' ;)
Having said that this forum is monitored by Garmin so if there are any real issues I'd expect them to be resolved shortly.
