Can anyone tell me if it's possible to create a workout such as the follwing in garmin connect?
TRAFFIC LIGHT FARTLEK TRAINING
Run 30 seconds hard – 90 seconds easy – 60 seconds moderate – 60 seconds easy – 90 seconds hard – 30 seconds min easy and repeat 4 times.
I've used the 'repeat step' feature heaps of times but it's limited to 2 steps. I want to repeat this 6 step workout 4 times.
If not, is there a way I can do it wihout just creating the workout with 24 individual steps?
