"the future" is a pretty vague time line. Wonder why they can't figure out how to add back something that was previously there.
Yes, very unprofessional. Not what i expect from a brand like Garmin.
I'm seriouslly asking myself if my next watch is going to be a Garmin. (GC Problems, Firmware problems, a vivosmart that died after just 2 months...)
It's exactly what I've come to expect from Garmin.
Whenever an issue arises, absolute silence about timeframes,
resolutions and certainly no kind of empathy or concern.
Ultimately stride length is just a metric and it's not that important BUT Garmin market and sell their products on features like it. There is an inherent promise that they're breaking by failing to provide the aftersales service and care.
Please show me where stride length is marketed as a feature on the device model you own. If all you have is that it's “inherent” or “implied”, one can empathise that's it's just your personal fancy and wishful thinking, and frustration that it is not accommodated by some other entity.
