Does garmin have any way to report issues directly to Customer Support? I tried all options on their website AND app, and dont find an 'upload/report issue/problem/suggestions'

Lost my orange bar in January 2020, adjusted many different settings, but still no luck. Anyone have a remedy for this yet?
It appears for none of them, even though I have thousands of steps, hundreds of floors and multiple miles of running. Has anyone found a fix?
