Hey ! I have a Fenix 3 Hr, i can sync all the time, i see all of my activities in garmin connect without any problem. Nevertheless in Insights i dont see orange bar, so i can't compare my datas with others. Any idea? Thanks :confused:
Which insight exactly are you speaking about? Steps, Floors, Sleep, Running, Cycling, Lap Swimming, Open Water Swimming, or all of them? The orange bar disappears usually when there is not enough data for given period for the respective activity.
Verify your Privacy Settings, especially the option Insights must show Agree, but make sure that also Storage & Processing and Device Upload are enabled.
I have a Fenix 3HR, same problem, NO orange bar showing on any of the stats. I checked all the privacy options as suggested, and everything is as should be. I also checked on time periods I KNOW data was recorded. Who can I turn to for help?
