Create Segments issues

I'm trying to create a segment using Garmin Connect
I go to Activities, according the instruction from Garmin, I must select Create Segment under the segment tab at the very bottom of the screen, Unfortunately I cannot find create segment tab.
Can anybody figure out what I'm doing wrong?

    Segments are only creatable for running & cycling activities

    Connect mobile -> segments -> Ξ -> Use Garmin segments. That's it. No need to disconect Strava.

    Or Web Connect:

    • Log on to Garmin Connect Web
    • Add the Segment widget to the dashboard ("+" > Segments)
    • If there's a Strava logo on the widget, then your segment type is Strava and you need to change it to Garmin.
      Click Gear Icon > Use Garmin Segments

    Thank you, that has helped me. i can now see the segments tab.

    Removing Strava connection from Garmin finally solved the issue. Now as Strava segments are paid service and we have same feature in Garmin, it makes no sense to be connected to Strava and send them my results. I could solve that before, now when I left, it is solved. Thanks for the tip.
