I can't sign in to Garmin Connect. Have res-set the password in case that was wrong but still no good. I've had this problem before and one time Garmi instructed me to change some of the browser setting but can't remember what that was. Any help / advice?
For more than a week I see nothing but a blank page when I sign in on Garmin Connect web site. Tried 3 different computers, an iPhone and iPad. Same result - blank blue page with nothing shown. Unable to access any of my previous tracks. Complained to Garmin Support on the phone, then on their Facebook page, reposted to my own page. No help and no fix. Useless. Will be switching to Suunto wrist HR as soon as it is in stock at REI.
I can sign in Garmin Connect but the web site remain blank. It's really difficult to use with my new Fenix5.
I'm seriously thinking to send back my new Fenix and to change brand.
For about one month i have the same problem: a big blue screen when accessing the connect website account. Support team has no timeframe to solve this ... so my watch is unusable for a long time now. Any suggestion????

Since June 16th: I can't get past the sign in page using either chrome or explorer (screen shot attached). I have a 910XT & looking to upgrade to a Fenix 5 but will switch to another brand if this isn't resolved.
