I can't sign in to Garmin Connect. Have res-set the password in case that was wrong but still no good. I've had this problem before and one time Garmi instructed me to change some of the browser setting but can't remember what that was. Any help / advice?
has not worked for me for last two days .... and has not worked properly for several weeks. Every time I open https://connect.garmin.com/modern/calendar I have to log back into the website. Then calendar normally opens as a blank page that I need to reload.
We are still receiving some reports that users are not able to log in full to Garmin Connect. We are continuing to work on this issue so that all users are able to log in as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Connect isn't working for me either. Blank dashboard. Between this and the sleep tracking being horrible on the Forerunner 235 I'm seriously beginning to regret making the switch from Fitbit. So many issues.
I'm having the same problem since 10am ET today. I did notice it gave some message about my old password not fitting the new guidelines, so I wonder if there was some back-end thing done across the board to expire everyone's passwords and now the activity history is somehow disconnected from people's user accounts.
Some fixes have been deployed to Garmin Connect. All users should be able to sign in and view their Garmin Connect accounts. If you are still not able to sign in reply to this thread so we can investigate further.
