Time Zone Always Wrong on Garmin Connect

All my activities are uploaded to Garmin Connect with the wrong time zone. It supposed to be Pacific Time. Instead, it keeps putting in Pitcairn Island Time. When the activities are synced to Strava, it is in the correct time zone. If I export the activity and import to Garmin Training Center or upload back to Garmin Connect, the time zone is correct. It has been going on ever since I got the watch back in July 2016. Very frustrating.

BTW, the device is Fenix 3. It is connected to my phone via Bluetooth.

    @philipshambrook: The Fenix 3 shows the time constantly. I never turn the watch off. Yes, Time of Day data field can be added to any activity data screen. When I have it showing, it has always been correct.

    The watch has the latest software & time zone file. The phone has the latest App.

    Does Garmin has anyone monitoring the issues reported in the Forum? It doesn't appear to be. It also appear they give a darn about bugs in their software. Very disappointing in their support of Garmin Connect.

    I Garmin doesn't have anyone monitoring this forum. Do they even care if they product is buggy? So far I have the impress Garmin doesn't give a crap!
