Personal records are not updated

My new personal records are not updated in Garmin Connect. Anyone know how I can force this.

I have no "Assign PR" button

You are probably looking at the wrong place. It is on the page of the Running or Cycling activity on Garmin Connect Web, not on the phone app. And Swim records are available only for a limited number of devices compatible with that feature.
