Sleep data export from Garmin Connect

Hello all,

I would like to export sleep data - light & deep sleep pattern collected in Garmin Connect to some usefull format like *csv,*txt, *xls.
Is it possible somehow?
What I found is possibility to export duration of sleep but I would like to analyze sleep patterns in details during time period.

There is no export function for the sleep data, but you can export it by using the URL shown below, in JSON format. Replace the XXXXXXXXXXXXX with your User ID as found at the end of the address line of your…

It'd be really nice if one could just bulk export all the data without having export on per day basis.

Some users have names, some have IDs, to check which one you have - just look what is used in URLs for your profile. There is no additional format for that, just replace.

You can also open the Network tab and load the page, find original request, check Response for it, then use the Edit button to change parameters, then Re-Send.

Thank you for all of this information. I'm having trouble getting this URL to work. I'm getting HTTP ERROR 402. I'm not very programming savvy, and have just been trying in Chrome and Edge. What should I be using to access my data? Thanks!
