It is not the first time that this happens. Steps and Sleeping data are not uploaded to GC even though the status (e.g. Steps and Sleeping) is "ONLINE". Data is present on the device but not updated to GC. Any idea? Thanks.
Still having the same problem: steps not transferred in GC
I am still experiencing the same problem with the steps. For full days steps show zero in garmin connect. The device (fenix3) shows the steps without problem but they are not transferred in GC. Status in GC shows OK. Is there a way to manually transfer the steps or other data from the fenix3 to GC? Any idea?
My wife is having the same problem with a vivosmart HR. The steps are showing n the daily summary, but on the weekly log, the last 4 days show zero steps. Sync says it is completing properly.
So that will be another vitality health reward missed because Garmin are just USELESS at making the software work as it should. Random breaks and errors all the time, utterly useless. They also NEVER bother responding in threads like this either. Support is just awful. Im just getting ready to give up withe these devices as they cause more frustration than they are worth imho.
