Impossible to create a training on garmin connect

Hi,

Since 10 days, it is impossible to update/create a training on garmin connect. Each time i try to save, i have an error message "Impossible to save the training because there is a failure system. Try later" (i translated the message in english beacuse i am french, the french mlessage is "Impossible d'enregistrer l'entraînement en raison d'une erreur système. Réessayez ultérieurement.").

10 days it is very long and hard to do some training without this functionnality.

I am alone in this case ?

    Not all! I have the same issue with my Garmin F6S. I have informed the customer desk... No sounds & feedback... I am wondering if I am not going to move to Sunnto. 

    Hope they will react quickly

    I have the same issue.

    In my case, trying to create a run training of type Time. An easy example to reproduce the issue:

    1) Create a run session

    2) Delete the warm-up and the cooling lap

    3) Edit the run lap and make it of type "Time"

    Is not possible to register 'cause a failure system....

    I just tested it in exactly this order. I could save the workout without any error (see below), so it does not seem to be a global problem. Can you post the exact wording of the error you are getting?

    Lol.... I was trying to upload the image in a web-images and make an Insert/Images..... :-P

    An easy example to reproduce the issue:

    Then, trying to save, is not possible to register 'cause a failure system....

    Its not the only combination where you can achieve the issue. The problem is only generated in the web app, 'cause if I try to do it by the clock I dont have any problem.

    Yes, that's exactly what I did too, and got no error. Try changing the number formats in User Settings of Garmin Connect, perhaps it helps. I have them in the way shown below. I suspect the first one, could be the culprit:

    Thats correct

    If I change the Settings > Number format: "1,234.56" the training session can be created correctly.

    I think there's a Bug calculating the estimated distance in some trainings with the number format "1.234,56"
