Resting Heart Rate report

How to get Resting Heart Rate values into GC report?

I'm using Fenix 3
  • How does the Fenix know what your resting HR is ? Even if you wear an HRM 24/7 it has still got to know accurately when you are asleep rather than just at rest?
  • How any other watch knows it? Even if it has optical hear rate sensor? :)
    Same problems what you mentioned.

That's why I'm curious who can use / see and how some values on this report.
  • Ignoring the device for a moment - the method for getting accurate resting HR is to monitor it when you first wake up in the morning. I guess in theory the watch could assess when you have just woken and if you were wearing a strap or optical sensor then it could take the rate until you started to be active.

The way I get my RHR is to use the minimum HR widget and do it manually on waking (using 920xt)
  • Ehh, I do understand all this :)

You are using special widget for resting HR. Do you see those numbers / results in GC report what I mentioned?

I know that there is special widget (have been used it myself also few times). My question was - how to get data into this report in GC?
I didn't see mine rest heart rate result there.

Same question on my side concerning resting heart rate report in GC. Maybe this report is dedicated to the new model of 2016 (which get a sensor on the wrist) ?
