Vivosmart sync issues

I won't bother trying to explain my frustration... Seems par the course being a Garmin user ... My issues

Since the IOS app update to connect:

* MyFitnessPal - integration doesn't work. To grant connection permissions it opens up a web browser to grant access which isn't IOS/mobile compatible and doesn't grant access

* Steps - no longer uploading steps despite looking like it it is synching ok. It was uploading yesterday ok, but not all the steps....


Is it possible to stay with the old app until you have one that works ok?
  • One person fixed the issue of steps not showing in connect by logging out and logging back in.

    Still not working for me the widgets still not rendering. Is it working for any one else???

    It was, but, now not synching again - goes through the motions though - also not synching with another app that's been fine for month.

    Agree with your assessment; same problem! Either update the update so it works or go back!

    Steps etc now ok - still no MyFitnessPal sync sadly

    Vivosmart will not sync with phone at all since the app update. Do you know if you delete the app from IPhone and reinstall if that will help? Will I lose all of my data?
  • You won't lose your data because the data is stored in your user ID in the cloud. data that isn't synced will be on your vivosmart.

    Before deleting the app, did you try rebooting your phone?
