Stress Level Color Display Bug

There is a bug in the Garmin Connect app regarding the stress level color display.

According to the stress level definitions shown in the app and on the watch:

  • Blue = Rest (0–25)
  • Yellow = Low (26–50)
  • Orange = Medium (51–75)
  • Dark Orange = High (76–100)

However, in the Garmin Connect mobile app, the chart does not correctly differentiate the stress intensity colors. It only shows blue for rest and a single orange color for all stress levels, without distinguishing between low, medium, and high stress as the watch interface does.

This creates inconsistency between the watch and the app and makes it harder to interpret stress data accurately. The app should display distinct colors for each stress category, matching the definitions provided and the visualization used on the watch.

  • Hello  The color coding mentioned refers to the circle gage at the top of your Stress page. This does not apply to the graph chart below. The Graph chart will only display the levels in blue and orange. If you are not seeing the yellow and dark orange areas highlighted on the circle gage either, please attach a screen shot showing the stress page for us to review.
