Unable to allow Garmin connect to use Bluetooth, see screenshots. Please lmk if someone has had a similar issue

A new version, 5.20.2, of Garmin Connect Mobile for iOS has been released. Please try updating and let us know if you are still missing those permission options.

I have the updated version, 5.20.4.1 but is doing the same thing.
