Unable to allow Garmin connect to use Bluetooth, see screenshots. Please lmk if someone has had a similar issue

A new version, 5.20.2, of Garmin Connect Mobile for iOS has been released. Please try updating and let us know if you are still missing those permission options.

I’m having what appears to be the same issue with a Forerunner 265 and iPhone. I’m on Garmin Connect 5.30.0.11. Garmin Connect does not appear under Settings > Privacy & Security > Bluetooth.

The watch can show as connected in the iPhone Bluetooth settings, but Garmin Connect fails with “Pairing Failed.” I have also received the iOS message “Cannot Add Accessory.”

I have already removed the watch from Bluetooth, reinstalled Garmin Connect, restarted both the phone and watch, confirmed Screen Time restrictions are off, and tried pairing again from Garmin Connect. The issue persists.

This seems very similar to the Forerunner 265S case referenced in this thread where Garmin requested additional information. Can someone from Garmin please contact me so I can provide diagnostics or any information needed for the investigation?
