Relax notifications page not loading in app

Question

Hey guys, 
 
 A page called 'Ontspanningsherinneringen' (Relax notifications in English) in the app is not opening. With a basic error message 'Kan instellingen niet bijwerken' (Cannot update settings in English). Is anyone else having this problem and is there a fix? I'm very curious as to what I can do on that page. See image below on how to get there.

Go ahead and try to uninstall/reinstall the Connect app then double check your phone is up to date with software. If the issue persists, we might need to look at a ticket so please respond back.

Thanks for giving that a try. I also recommend restarting your phone to see if that may do the trick. Should the error persist, please reply here with the following info: 
 
 When did the issue first occur? 
 How often does it occur? 
 Does it only happen under particular circumstances? 
 Does it give the same error if on Wi-Fi?
