Relax notifications page not loading in app

Hey guys,

A page called 'Ontspanningsherinneringen' (Relax notifications in English) in the app is not opening. With a basic error message 'Kan instellingen niet bijwerken' (Cannot update settings in English). Is anyone else having this problem and is there a fix? I'm very curious as to what I can do on that page. See image below on how to get there.

    Go ahead and try to uninstall/reinstall the Connect app then double check your phone is up to date with software. If the issue persists, we might need to look at a ticket so please respond back.

    Thank you for your response. I’ve reinstalled the app, restarted both phone and watch, reinstalled the watch, tried a different Venu 4, updated my phone to the latest iOS. Nothing helped, so it must be something with the app itself.

    Thanks for giving that a try. I also recommend restarting your phone to see if that may do the trick.

    Should the error persist, please reply here with the following info:

    • When did the issue first occur?
    • How often does it occur?
    • Does it only happen under particular circumstances?
    • Does it give the same error if on Wi-Fi?

    Thank you for your response. I did restart my phone. Issue has been there since I got my Venu 4 a week ago. Happens always, same on WiFi on iPhone 15. For steps see screenshots I included before. Already got in contact with customer support about this and they are trying to reproduce.

    I’m having the exact same issue in the connect app with a venu 4. I also don’t receive stress alerts even though they are set to “during event” in the watch. I’m guessing this is a bug, could you create a ticket?   It’s a bit of a bummer that this feature isn’t working Slight smile

    I created a support ticket for this the next day, but until now the devs cannot reproduce.
