Corrupted fit file

After my trail run, I saved the activity and then I accidentally deleted it before the synchronization with Garmin Connect. 
connecting my Garmin to the pc, in the folder “activity” there is no more the activity I deleted, but I found it in the folder “tempfit” but in a .bin format, not in fit.

is it possible to recover my activity?

I attached here the .bin file and the .fit file I think I was able to create after the conversion from the .bin file.  Unfortunately, the .fit file, when I try to upload it on Garmin connect, it says me that is impossible.

It's only 1 kb and appears to be a file from a repair attempt. Do you have the original fit file from your Garmin device?

I just have a .bin file of the activity. At the end of the activity, I accidentally deleted it from the Garmin before that I could do the synchronization with Connect. When I then connected the Garmin to the pc, in the “activity” folder I couldn’t find the activity, but I found it in the “tempfit” folder, but in .bin format. • Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
• Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

The .fit file is the one I attached on the other post I did today and where you told me that out just 1kb file…
