After my trail run, I saved the activity and then I accidentally deleted it before the synchronization with Garmin Connect. connecting my Garmin to the pc, in the folder “activity” there is no more the activity I deleted, but I found it in the folder “tempfit” but in a .bin format, not in fit.
is it possible to recover my activity?
I attached here the .bin file and the .fit file I think I was able to create after the conversion from the .bin file. Unfortunately, the .fit file, when I try to upload it on Garmin connect, it says me that is impossible.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert>>Image/video/file>>click Upload>>browse for file>>OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
