Connect app, profile under badges shows incorrect level

I noticed something odd with my account levels. My profile picture shows that I’m at Level 5, but when I check my "earned badges", it says my profile level is 1 and that I need 196 points to reach Level 2. How can I get this corrected so my levels are consistent? see pictures below

Thank you so much. Changing my profile picture worked! I then changed it back and it did not show the wrong info.

You could try changing the avatar and see, whether the level label is then regenerated correctly (though I doubt it). If not, then reach out to the Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com. Use the Phone or Chat options for the quickest response.

Restart App on your mobile.
When it will start again, will read proper data from Garmin site.

In my case, changing my profile picture only helped temporarily, meaning that after restarting the app, the error returned.

I’m sorry. I actually retract my previous post. It worked and then after it refreshed it returned. . I’ll use the link to contact support. Hope it gets fixed soon.
